Squaring a number ending with ‘5’

Find the square of 65	The tens place is ‘6’
	After ‘6’ the number comes i.e. ‘7’
	Multiply these numbers i.e. 6 x 7 = 42
	After 42 put 25 And you get ‘4225’
	Square of 65 = 4225
Find the square of 75	The tens place is ‘7’
	After ‘7’ comes ‘8’
	Multiply 7 x 8 = 56
	After 56 put 25 i.e 5625
	Square of 75 = 5625
Find the square of 85
Fine the square of 95
Find the square of 105
Find the square of 35
Remember this method is only for the numbers ending with 5 i.e. whose Unit place digit is ‘5’
